ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
All projects in Tbilisi Hills are regulated by a common architectural style, which implies direct forms to create a single ensemble of the village. The project was created by the Architectural Bureau "AB5" Architect Lasha Loseberidze.
Rectangular land plot with a difference in relief defined by a series of terraces.
The facades are clad in Laminam stone, which emphasizes the linear shape of the house and provides a sense of integrity and stability. Also, to create the effect of comfort, the walls are sheathed with larch wood. Textured stone against a dark wood background enhances the brightness and individuality of the project. Large panoramic windows provide high light penetration and at the same time provide a magnificent panoramic view of the city from all rooms.

Taking advantage of the natural slope of the terrain, the architecture of the project provides a symbiosis that succinctly combines the modulation of the existing landscape with optimal living space.
