GEOREX Batumi and GEOREX Tbilisi - the first private exhibitions of foreign real estate, investment and migration were held in Georgia on 12-13 September and 15-16 of September accordingly. The exhibitions took place in Radisson Blu Batumi and Courtyard by Marriott Tbilisi
The participants of the exhibitions were: Colliers International Georgia, Clap, Rekan Group, Schuchmann Real Estate, Hochbau, Mgzavrebi Hotel Chain, Tropical Garden, MyHome.ge, SkyInn, ConPro, NV-company, Archi Group, Axis Development, m2 Real estate, ARGOCOSTA, Binadari, Dux Development, Simetria, Unix Development, Hill International, Juizhou Building Materials International Trade Company, Euromarina, Remart Group.
GEOREX Batumi started with a round table, during which the current state of the Georgian real estate market, in particular Batumi, was discussed, as well as ways of attracting and the importance of international investments, interaction of local experts in real estate with foreign partners and much more. Representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, representatives of participating companies, professionals from the local real estate market, and invited delegates from Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Kazakhstan and other countries took part in the discussion. According to the speakers of the round table - this discussion was very relevant and interesting, especially taking into account the growing demand for real estate in Georgia and the constant increase in the flow of tourists to Batumi.
The business program continued with a series of presentations that companies held on the first day for local and invited professionals in the real estate market, and the second day for private buyers and investors.
The exhibition GEOREX Tbilisi was held in a similar format. Representatives of the Tbilisi City Hall, participating companies, and also invited delegates from Ukraine, Russia, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and other countries took part in the round-table discussion in Tbilisi. The business program was continued by a series of presentations that the City Hall opened with its presentation on the topic of Tbilisi investment portfolio. The companies also held presentations on the first day for local and invited professionals in the real estate market, and on the second day for private buyers and investors.
For four days of GEOREX more than 350 people interested in professional communications and investments, as well as potential buyers of real estate, visited the exhibition.
